Claudia underwent a trial with Hamburger SV’s youth team in Germany in October 2023. Following a successful trial, she was offered a spot on the team and officially joined in August 2024.

Adding to her record-breaking achievements, Scheunemann became the youngest-ever goal scorer for the Indonesian women’s senior team. She netted a brace in a friendly match against Singapore on May 28, 2024, at the age of 15 years and 34 days.

In the 2024 AFF Women’s Cup tournament, Scheunemann netted her fifth and sixth goals, with one goal scored against Malaysia and another against Singapore. At the age of just 15, she became the all-time leading goalscorer for the Indonesia women’s national team..
